Activity of institutions of Financial police is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On institutions of Financial police» and by the Regulations about service in institutions of Financial police of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 6, in 2005 № 1642.Functions, tasks, organization of activity of the Agency on Fighting with Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial police) of the Republic of Kazakhstan and structure of the Agency, the list of official institutions - territorial institutions and educational institutions of the Agency on Fighting with Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial police) of the Republic of Kazakhstan are approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 21, in 2005 № 1557.
Description of the standard and symbol of institutions of Financial police of the Republic of Kazakhstan contains in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from February 10 in 2003 № 1020.
The text of the oath of persons of ordinary and commanding structure of institutions of Financial police of the Republic of Kazakhstan is authorized by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 2 in 2002 № 978.
The order of attachment of military man, employees of interior institutions, of financial police, of Office of Public Prosecutor to separate state institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan is regulated by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 3 in 2004 № 826.
Rules of purpose and realization of pension payments, state base pension payment, payments of the state base social benefits to the military man, to employees of law-enforcement institutions, Committee of criminal - executive system of the Ministry of Justice of Republic Kazakhstan, bodies of financial police and fire-prevention service are conferred special ranks and to which order is established by the legislation of Republic Kazakhstan for employees of law-enforcement bodies is distributed are fixed in the Resolution of the Government of Republic Kazakhstan from February, 23, 2007 № 138.
Payment of immediate compensation in case of destruction (death) or reception of mutilation by the employee of bodies of Financial police of the Republic of Kazakhstan during execution(performance) of official duties or the service debt and for burial of the died or lost employees and pensioners of bodies of Financial police is carried out according to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic Kazakhstan from November, 26, 2002 № 1260.
Calculation of long service by military man, to employees of law-enforcement bodies, Financial police, fire-prevention service, criminal - executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appointment and payment of lump sums is carried out according to the Resolution of the Government of Republic Kazakhstan from August, 26, 1998 № 803.
Rules of admission for study in Academy of Financial police are approved by Order of Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Fighting with Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial police) from June, 28 2006 № 108.
Institutions of Financial police during realization of the tasks cooperate with other state institutions on the basis of the following joint orders:
«On approval of Rules of interaction of institutions the Office of the Public Prosecutor, national security, Financial police, tax service and customs institutions during holding joint verifications of the tax bearers participating in foreign trade activities, on questions of the state control over application of the transfer prices»;
