About Council
With a view of supporting anticorruption policy of the state, decreasing level of corruption in all spheres of life of society, perfection of measures of counteraction to corruption, development and further perfection of mutual relations of the state with nongovernmental organizations and population by order of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Fighting with Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial police) from July 1 , 2009 №80 was created Public Council on questions of counteraction to corruption under the Agency (hereinafter – Public council).Public council is consulting - advisory institution. In its activity is governed by Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Fighting with Corruption», by other legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also Regulation about Public Council .
