About Council
According to the Decree of the Government dated from 19 August, 2002, №917 "On Adoption of model regulation about Experts Councils concerning issues on support and development of small and medium scale enterprises" there are Public scientific and expert Councils within the Agency and its regional subdivisions. Taking into consideration the need to liven up the activity and expand its functions a Public scientific and expert Council was founded on bases of the Public Council by the Order of the Agency (№159) dated from 5 October, 2004 (hereinafter - the Council) in order to get representatives of public bodies, funds, businessmen and scientists to take part in this activity.
